Individual Counseling

- Grief Counseling: any type of loss can be form of grief - Certified in Grief and Loss Counseling
- Trauma: accident, life-threatening illness, assault/abuse, relationship breakup, bullying
- Premarital Counseling: certified “Prepare/Enrich” facilitator
- Relationship Counseling: single, dating, married, divorced, co-parenting, gay or straight
- Discernment Counseling: when undecided about a staying in a relationship (see blog post for more info)
- Substance Overuse: out of balance habits you would like to work through
